Much like in the hospitality industry where guests pay attention to the star ratings of the establishment, the same scrutiny can now be applied by those choosing which is the right addiction recovery facility to seek treatment from.
The National Anti-Drugs Agency of Malaysia has a 5-star rating system to rate the services and amenities of all the private addiction treatment centers operating in the country, that serves as a guideline for those looking at selecting the right treatment providers.
With eleven criteria used to asses each facility, Solace is proud to announce to have been awarded a 5-star rating by the National Anti-Drugs Agency Director-General CP Dato' Sri Zulkifli Bin Abdullah, ranking at the highest of its category in Malaysia.
With Solace excelling in all of them, some of the evaluation criteria used by the officials were quality control audits, policy and procedures, skills development and training, strategic planning and services as well as the vision and mission of the organization.
Founded in 2014 by Dr. Prem Kumar Shanmugam, the award comes only after 5 years since the beginning of operations, as a new achievement for the organization in 2020 and a true testament to the quality of services and treatments offered at Solace.
We proudly commend the whole team at Solace and thank all our partners and well wishes for helping us achieve our daily mission to provide treatment to those struggling with addiction. We are grateful to the AADK agency for their continuous support and collaboration in making this happen. Solace is committed to continuing to excel in achieving the highest standards of treatment and care for all those who walk through our doors.
