Mukhlis

Mukhlis provides nursing care to in house clients including medication, daily vital signs measurement, consistent monitoring of health condition and basic medical care like wound dressing. He maintains current medical records, provide daily progress notes to counselors, and submit weekly medical reports to the attending physician. Mukhlis is also in charge of providing in-house social support and basic medical needs during the night shift.
