Pari is currently the Employee Assistant Program (EAP) Operations Manager at Solace Asia. She is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the EAP within Solace. This includes working collaboratively with the EAP Team in the planning, organising and coordinating of EAP services specific to the needs of our EAP Contracts. In EAP, it is also crucial for Pari to ensure that service quality is maintained in line with service agreements through monitoring and evaluation. She is also highly involved in Business development, new account procurement for Solace EAP’s by promoting the services to potential clients. In addition to that, periodically, Pari is responsible to coordinate and facilitate site visits, lunch and learn sessions and/or specialised training/workshops for EAP contracts as assigned with EAP Team Leads. Among her main duties are also to maintain excellent liaison relationship or point of contact for designated EAP Contracts as assigned. This includes providing account management (address and resolve customer issues) and guidance on EAP related policies and procedures to designated EAP contracts.
